Korea and Argentina Sign MOU on Critical Minerals Cooperation

Minister JK (Jung-Kwan) Kim of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources (MOTIR) and Pablo Quirno Magrane, Argentine Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on critical minerals cooperation on July 31, 2026, during President Lee Jae Myung’s official visit to Argentina.
